Week 22 - Last blog !

My last week in SXM.

Julie, Sharina and me are off the whole week - lucky us! 

Monday 

With the 3 of us we went to Divi, doing nothing at the swimming pool (terrible life) haha.

In the evening I did some laundry and packed some stuff already. 

Tuesday 

Michael is a local guy who lives at Rama to. He can give us discounts on some of the activities @ SXM. Today he fixed us a big discount for the Tiki Hut. It was amazing, snorkeling and tanning in the middle of the sea - your on a platform the whole day. 

We played some cards and had an amazing time thanks to Michael. 

In the evening I had my last salsa lesson, I enjoyed it al lot!
We said goodbye to everybody already, feels strange! 

Wednesday 

Karakter. We were on the beach the half day because we were sun burned so badly from the tiki hut. After that we needed to go to Loterie Fram, Sharina Lost her glasses and they found it for her.
- once there - not her glases.. 

We had small drink with Sanne and Yentel to say goodbye to them. :( Gonna miss you! 

After that… 

Tantra in the night because it was Sharina her last evening. Everybody was tired but we still wanted to go. In the end It was amazing, we danced an laughed until who knows what time…!!

Thursday 

Julie and I went to the beach in de ‘morning’. Both fell asleep at karakter cause of the small TINY hangover.. 

At noon Sharina and Anice were joining us for late lunch. 

After saying goodbye to everybody at karakter we drove Sharina to the airport. 

At night I had dinner with Mohit, Nick and Paul - some people from Diamonds International. 

We had fun, ended up at the Yacht Club and i saw the most amazing ships! A good closer of my time here on SXM

Friday 

Last day! I packed my baggs, and went to say goodbye at Diamonds International!
Again - if people read this - Thank you for an amazing work environment ! You made my stay really good. Everybody was so nice and it hurts to leave you all. 

At 11:30/12:00 Heleen and Anice brought us to the airport. While we were driving we saw all the cool places for the last time. 

Julie and I had a fine flight and it was nice to see all the family again.

Nitai & Louise - Your amazing, I’m going to visit you guys for sure! I mis you badly!
Sanne - Meissie, ik hoop dat je nog een leuke tijd hebt en wanneer je weer in Nederland bent moeten we elkaar ff opzoeken. Ik mis je nu al meid!

there are so many people I want to thank - but to the most I already did. Thank you SXM for this amazing experience. And a big thanks and hug to everybody who made my stay here awesome! (people know who did that when they read it!)

And hello again to everybody in NL! I missed you all and I enjoyed all the sweet messages. It was really nice to hear something from my home once in a while.
